As a handmade ceramic small business, all pieces are special and unique in their own wonderful way. That being said, there may be slight variations in size, texture, and color. Please consider this when making your purchase.

Lead time of 2-5 business days for processing and shipping.
If a piece arrives damaged, please email me at watsonceramics@gmail.com ASAP with your order number and photos of the piece and package it came in. You will receive a full refund for the piece.
Refund requests must be sent within 5 days of the delivery date.
